Designs and optimizes electro-mechanical connector products, components, fixtures, tooling, and accessories. Develops drawings, testing procedures, and manufacturing solutions; collaborates with maintenance, vendors, Sales, and cross-functional teams. Evaluates customer designs for feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements, supports product costing, tests assemblies, interprets technical documentation, and maintains compliance with the AS9100 quality system. This is an in-office role supporting defense and aerospace-related manufacturing.
