Leads a team of up to two recruiters while managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. Owns the internship program, recruiting metrics, scorecards, process improvements, headcount planning, and stakeholder partnerships. Builds relationships with legal associations and represents the firm at conferences nationwide. Requires approximately 20% travel and experience in high-growth environments.

Serves as the first point of contact for clients, providers, courts, and business partners by answering and routing calls, resolving routine inquiries, documenting interactions, and monitoring voicemail. Manages incoming and outgoing legal mail, shipments, tracking logs, and office administrative tasks. Maintains confidentiality, supports workflow improvements, and delivers responsive, professional client service in a fast-paced remote environment.

Supports recruiting operations by administering ATS and HRIS systems, maintaining candidate and employee data, drafting and tracking offer letters, coordinating internship hiring, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining pipeline accuracy. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple open roles in a high-volume environment.
