Support Product Managers by contracting tour services, managing procurement and data entry, maintaining product files and databases, liaising with accounts, using Excel/Jira/Travel Studio, assisting product research, training, proofing collateral, and handling administrative tasks to ensure accurate tour delivery.

Sell and manage bookings for Topdeck, Back-Roads & Grasshopper products from enquiry to departure. Meet individual and team sales KPIs, upsell add-ons, handle multiple communication channels, build agent relationships, adhere to processes, and attend trade shows as required.

Manage, build and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels to drive booked revenue, CPA and ROAS. Run test-and-learn activity, manage budgets, monitor pacing, review creative performance, improve tracking and reporting (GA4/attribution), use AI/automation for efficiency, and line-manage one direct report while collaborating with brand teams.

Support the Commercial Finance Leader by maintaining KPI reports, dashboards and data models; provide commentary and insights on trading and product performance; support AI-driven process improvements; analyse product margin and pricing; and lead ad hoc projects and analysis.
