Manage full order processing cycle for international customers: accurate order entry, pricing verification, ERP (SAP) updates, internal coordination, customer communication on status/shipments, and collaboration with logistics, sales and purchasing to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Lead and execute quality engineering activities including First Article Inspection, CCB facilitation, RFD coordination, ECO preparation, MRB dispositions, and cross-functional evaluations (Arena/MFG/Supply Chain). Establish controls, traceability, expiration parameters, and corrective actions to manage deviations and ensure product and process compliance.
