Leads daily production activities, coordinating personnel and cross-functional resources to achieve safe, efficient, on-time execution. Oversees safety, quality, workflow, training, ERP transactions, production orders, staffing, performance management, and department supplies. Drives Lean manufacturing, 5S, standard work, visual management, continuous improvement, and corrective actions while monitoring productivity and schedule attainment.
