Supports front-counter operations by serving customers, managing calls, entering sales and rental orders, monitoring fulfillment, performing inventory counts and transfers, coordinating equipment service and deliveries, maintaining ERP records, and processing invoices and cash transactions. The role also provides administrative support and works with sales, service, warehouse, vendors, and accounting teams.

Manage strategic B2B customer relationships, grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling, negotiate proposals and contract renewals, build business cases, coordinate internal teams, monitor profitability and budgets, support invoicing, and provide customer feedback for product development. The role requires at least five years of account management experience, strong commercial and negotiation skills, excellent English, and approximately 25% international travel.

Manage and expand existing accounts while developing new aftermarket, distribution, and OEM partners within an assigned territory. Create territory plans, sales forecasts, proposals, and reports; maintain CRM records; conduct demonstrations and training; attend trade shows; gather customer needs; and collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product teams. The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, technical knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
