Conduct in-person outreach across Rockland County to recruit Spanish-speaking candidates, register and onboard hires, maintain contact records, and track recruitment data (Excel). Role involves heavy local travel.

Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Home Health Aides, resolve callouts and coverage gaps, verify EVV, investigate missed visits, maintain records and communicate with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams to ensure continuous home care and compliance with policies and payer guidelines.

The HR Generalist will manage new business cases, ensuring processes from application submission to policy placement are handled accurately and efficiently, while communicating with brokers and internal teams.
