Oversee global employee and client operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, timekeeping, payroll inputs, workforce records, billing coordination, performance tracking, and client communication. Partner with recruiting, HR, finance, and offshore teams to manage staffing needs, identify issues proactively, improve operational processes, and support scalable growth across international workforces.

Leads daily corrugating department operations, including equipment setup, operation, adjustments, troubleshooting, changeovers, quality inspections, and minor repairs. Assigns work, supports and trains production employees, monitors productivity, waste, downtime, and safety, and completes operational documentation. Coordinates with production, maintenance, and management teams to resolve issues, maintain workflow, meet production goals, and ensure finished products meet customer and company quality standards.

Leads brand awareness, digital marketing, community outreach, patient engagement, and growth initiatives. Develops multichannel campaigns across social media, websites, email, SEO, and online advertising; creates promotional content; builds referral and community relationships; coordinates events; monitors marketing metrics; maintains consistent branding; and partners with leadership on strategic growth and business development.
