Own and grow a regional portfolio of college and university accounts. Prospect professors and department leaders, conduct discovery and product demonstrations, present Top Hat’s SaaS platform and digital textbook solutions, negotiate, and close new business. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver strong customer experiences and increase revenue. The role requires full-cycle sales execution in a metrics-driven, remote-first environment.

Own a regional portfolio of college and university accounts, prospect for new business, conduct discovery and product demonstrations, present Top Hat’s SaaS and digital textbook solutions, negotiate and close full-cycle sales, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to grow revenue and support strong customer outcomes.

Build and improve scalable full-stack products for higher education, owning initiatives across the software development lifecycle from discovery through release. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional Scrum team, experiment with AI technologies, resolve bugs, complete tickets, and deliver reliable, tested, user-focused features.
