Act as technical lead for engineers and contractors, set standards for APIs/events, evaluate integration and AI platforms, design scalable cloud-native solutions, establish AI governance, and partner with executives to align technology investments with business outcomes.

Lead and execute the UK sales strategy to drive branded wholesale and footwear growth. Manage and develop the UK sales team, deliver annual budgets and forecasts, grow key accounts, identify new business, coordinate GTM and shipping plans, collaborate with marketing, and represent the brand at launches and trade shows.

Lead UX strategy and execution across TOMS digital platforms to improve conversion, usability, and engagement. Own eCommerce journeys (navigation, product discovery, PDP, cart, checkout), drive testing and analytics-backed optimization, establish design systems and accessibility standards, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.
