The HSE Manager will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across TOMRA Collection UK’s offices, warehouses, RVM sites, and partner locations. Responsibilities include maintaining policies, managing risk assessments, leading incident investigations and audits, delivering training, engaging regulators and stakeholders, supporting digital HSE transformation, planning emergency responses, overseeing sustainability and contractor standards, and reporting HSE performance metrics. The role requires travel across the UK.

Designs, develops, and maintains Azure-based integrations connecting ERP, CRM, customer care, warehouse, transportation, and partner systems. Builds API-led, event-driven, and batch solutions using Azure Integration Services; creates reusable components; supports testing, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, governance, security, and automated deployments. Collaborates with architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and international teams while participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Provides technical expertise and service operations support for reverse vending machines in Korea. Responsibilities include monitoring machine connectivity and system events, troubleshooting performance issues, coordinating field service activities, scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing spare-parts inventory, testing new products, documenting service information, and recommending corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and service efficiency. The role also guides technicians and coordinates communication among customers, service partners, and internal teams.
