Design, develop and maintain software for sensor-based sorting systems—covering image/data processing, ML, UIs, system integration, architecture, testing, commissioning and customer support worldwide.

Manage tracking and delivery of Engineered-to-Order (ETO) projects across EMEA, support country CPMs with complex and prototype projects, conduct structured post-project reviews, proofread technical documentation, coach and mentor country CPMs, manage HQ interfaces, and act as secondary CPM for special projects. Role includes travel within EMEA (~20-30%) and process improvement responsibilities.

10-week, paid R&D internship supporting hyperspectral imaging development: assemble, integrate, test, calibrate, troubleshoot imaging and sensor hardware; collect and analyse test data with Python; support commissioning, documentation, and production-readiness activities.
