Develop and optimize modern C++ software for sensor-based industrial sorting machines. Responsibilities include implementing machine logic and software modules, processing sensor data, troubleshooting issues, testing directly on equipment, documenting technical work, and collaborating with electrical, mechanical, production, and service teams. Preferred experience includes embedded or real-time systems, AI, machine vision, multithreading, hardware-software interfaces, frontend technologies, and Python.

Supports Country Customer Project Managers across EMEA through technical expertise, complex project assistance, ETO and prototype project management, post-project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates HQ interfaces, reviews technical documentation, coaches project managers, tracks ETO inquiries and projects, and serves as a technical escalation partner for special projects. Travel within EMEA is approximately 20–30%.
