The People & Culture Business Partner will enhance employee experience and engagement, integrate AI into HR functions, and drive DEI initiatives, while supporting talent acquisition and organizational change.

The role involves designing AI solutions for customers, providing architectural guidance, building internal tools and workflows, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Conduct research combining atmospheric science and machine learning to improve weather prediction. Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize AI forecasting models; maximize satellite observation value; explore ML-based data assimilation; and work with large geophysical datasets. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to transition research into scalable operational products, while communicating results through technical reviews, discussions, conferences, and publications.
