Define requirements, manage interfaces, plan and execute integration and verification, perform trade studies and performance modeling, identify and mitigate technical risks, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations to deliver reliable mission-ready systems.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex international government programs across multiple countries, including contracting, technical delivery, POCs, deployment, support, reporting, invoicing, and compliance. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams while supporting pre-sales activities. Build program frameworks in a fast-growing environment, maintain momentum across concurrent engagements, and serve as the primary customer contact. International travel and direct experience with non-U.S. government agencies are required.

Support development, integration, verification, and performance assessment of EO/IR imaging payloads for a weather-observation constellation. Translate mission needs into requirements, perform radiometry/SNR/MTF and image-quality analyses, support alignment, calibration, environmental testing, and lifecycle activities across payload, spacecraft, software, and science teams to ensure on-orbit performance.
