Owns the Microsoft security stack, monitors and investigates security alerts, maintains identity, endpoint, and M365 security controls, and leads PCI compliance activities. The role also administers accounts and permissions, deploys workstations, provides technical support, develops security training, and leads technology and security projects. It requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, communication, organization, judgment, and initiative in an office-based environment with limited travel.

Leads integrated retail marketing measurement and strategy across promotions, signage, digital advertising, paid media, PR, creative, and franchise marketing. Builds dashboards, evaluates campaigns and customer journeys, leads competitive intelligence and consumer research, and translates multi-channel data into strategic recommendations. Partners with marketing leadership and franchisees, supports campaign planning and budget allocation, and builds a culture of measurement, accountability, and cross-channel alignment.

Supports private fund investments through financial modeling, market and company research, forecasts, deal analysis, investor communications, document review, growth strategy, and acquisition or sale evaluations. Collaborates with finance, real estate, franchise development, and analytics teams while participating in internship projects, meetings, presentations, and learning opportunities.
