Provide administrative support to sales and store leaders: order entry, receiving/shipping, garment preparation, alterations coordination, phone/email handling, bank deposits, errands, and occasional pickups/deliveries. Ensure organized workflows and timely communication with sales professionals, tailors, factories, and accounting.

Generate new leads and appointments through outbound calling and prospecting (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, manage client details for sales leader visits, maintain professional social media, and support clientele processes with manufacturing facilities. Work in-person, collaborate with sales leaders twice weekly, and develop sales skills for advancement to outside sales roles.

The Sales Development Representative generates leads, books appointments, and manages social media channels while ensuring optimal client relations. Responsibilities include prospecting through phone calls and working closely with sales leadership to build a client pipeline.
