Manage CMT projects from proposal through closeout: prepare proposals, assign and train technicians, review reports and billing, coordinate with clients, handle AR/AP, ensure safety compliance, support business development, and oversee project documentation.

Support CPT drilling and field testing for geotechnical projects: assist with drilling, sampling, well installation/abandonment, equipment maintenance, daily paperwork, safety compliance, and travel to job sites. Perform physically demanding tasks and maintain clean work areas while learning equipment operation and testing procedures.

Assist driller with field activities including geotechnical drilling, sampling, well installation/abandonment, equipment maintenance, paperwork, safety compliance, and travel to job sites. Perform heavy lifting and maintain clean, organized job sites; turn in daily reports.
