Manage client relationships, prepare proposals and project setup, assign and train CMT technicians, oversee quality control and reporting, keep billing on track, promote business growth, and enforce safety on job sites and in the office.

Support CPT drilling and field testing for geotechnical projects: assist with drilling, sampling, well installation/abandonment, equipment maintenance, daily paperwork, safety compliance, and travel to job sites. Perform physically demanding tasks and maintain clean work areas while learning equipment operation and testing procedures.

Assist driller with geotechnical field work: drilling and sampling soil borings, installing and abandoning wells, equipment maintenance, completing daily paperwork, following safety procedures, and traveling frequently to job sites.
