Own strategy and execution for Toloka’s B2B products, including product roadmaps, lifecycle management, acquisition-to-payment funnels, metrics, and optimization. Lead cross-functional engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to build and launch products, incorporate customer feedback, and drive measurable user and revenue outcomes across enterprise AI ecosystems.

Own Toloka’s end-to-end LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, evaluation, and serving stack. Build SFT, LoRA, distillation, reward modeling, GRPO, and LLM-as-judge systems; develop calibrated evaluation harnesses; improve agentic workflows; run client experiments; and convert research into scalable self-serve platform capabilities. Collaborate with platform engineers on SDK and API integrations while balancing technical feasibility with product and client needs.

Coordinate onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement surveys, performance review cycles, recognition programs, HR system updates, documentation, and routine employee support. Maintain accurate organizational data in HiBob and Lattice, prepare reports and trackers, manage confidential information, and improve recurring People processes for a globally distributed team.
