Lead business development for freight forwarding and logistics: create and execute sales strategies, identify and win new accounts, manage key client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce pipeline, produce sales reports, lead a team of BDMs, and represent the company at industry events.

Coordinate project logistics across Australia, support regional head with operations and administration, prepare costings and invoicing, manage AR/AP, conduct cargo inspections, engage customers, and contribute to continuous improvement, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
