Support fixed-wing aircraft maintenance operations through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, defect rectification, documentation, and safety activities. Licensed engineers also certify maintenance under CASA Part 66 privileges, troubleshoot aircraft defects, perform AOG maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor maintenance personnel. The roles are based in Sydney and require relevant Aeroskills qualifications or aviation maintenance licensing, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Manage major healthcare customer accounts as the primary operational contact. Build relationships, lead operational reviews, oversee forecasting and capacity planning, monitor KPI and SLA performance, coordinate with warehouse, transport, finance, and commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and customer service.

Coordinates U.S. Customs entry documentation and high-volume import clearance processes. Reviews brokerage files, classifies invoices using tariff references, enters and transmits AMS and HTS data, prepares customs forms, files ISF documentation, obtains government releases through ABI, monitors rejections, and supports delivery, invoicing, audits, and customer inquiries. Maintains compliance with U.S. Customs standards and required documentation procedures.
