Perform quality engineering and assurance for semiconductor photoresists and chemicals: maintain ISO-aligned documentation, run audits and SPC, lead investigations and corrective actions, manage qualifications, support customers, drive continuous improvement using FMEA and JMP, and train teams to ensure compliant, high-quality manufacturing.

Designs, develops, and optimizes wet chemical and semiconductor manufacturing processes for new and existing materials. Responsibilities include laboratory and cleanroom testing, process scale-up, equipment troubleshooting, risk assessments, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, sample manufacturing, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role supervises R&D technicians and works with international research teams while handling hazardous chemicals and maintaining ISO documentation.

Develops and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes for semiconductor photoresists and chemicals. Designs pilot and high-volume production layouts, drives process improvements, performs SPC/DOE, defect root-cause analysis, SAP production order work, ISO documentation, safety/job hazard analyses, and trains technicians. Works cross-functionally to improve yield, reduce cost, and ensure compliant, safe operations.

Manage office administration and daily operations, including supplies, records, facilities, vendors, meetings, audits, sample deliveries, SOPs, training materials, and employee support. Coordinate with HR and internal departments on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and project initiatives. Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, vendors, and auditors while ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
