Senior individual contributor responsible for FEOL/MOL process integration: defining integration routes, building e-test capability, executing wafer runs, managing lots/DOEs, analyzing electrical results, coordinating cross-business-unit projects, and setting technical standards in fab and cleanroom environments.

Lead product development and advanced troubleshooting for semiconductor capital equipment. Act as factory contact for customer-site issues, document and deliver customer requirements, advise field teams on tool operation, ensure specifications and ECR compliance, and draft engineering requirements for feature improvements.

Support the development and improvement of plasma etch processes, assist in process formulation, undertake data analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams.
