Support the sales process by managing quotes, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and small CRM/ERP enhancements. Produce basic sales reports, assist invoicing and billing inquiries, and participate in projects to improve sales cycle efficiency and cross-functional communication.

Manage a team of process engineers to drive process development, optimization, and continuous improvement for semiconductor equipment and new product platforms. Define technical strategy, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, support equipment/process specifications, and capture IP. Provide personnel development and ensure compliance with company standards.

Support the development and improvement of plasma etch processes, assist in process formulation, undertake data analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams.
