Support the Policy Administration team by inputting and processing underwriting data accurately and on time. Prioritise high‑priority tasks, validate work against service standards, liaise with underwriters and colleagues to resolve queries, and attend relevant meetings. Contribute to data quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the International Delivery Centre.

Manage and oversee litigation for specialty insurance claims (primarily miscellaneous medical/social services professional liability). Investigate and evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, manage outside counsel, draft legal correspondence, attend hearings/mediations, and maintain claim files. Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with company policies.

Internship supporting surety bond renewals: assist with underwriting introduction, insurance rate filings, client retention, and presenting payment/financing options by phone. Participate in training, learn the CRM and proprietary bond database, and collaborate on renewal strategy and client communications.
