Lead and manage a team handling cyber, media, and technology E&O and related specialty liability claims. Oversee claims handling, coverage analysis, litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, vendor/outside counsel management, staff development, quality/audit compliance, and reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain adjuster licenses, and improve team processes and efficiencies.

Support and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure including VMware, Windows and Linux servers, storage (vSAN, distributed files), backups (Rubrik), AD, and remote access. Perform lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, automation via Infrastructure-as-Code, documentation, hardware maintenance, and act as escalation/on-call support.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders in Operations and Finance, driving organisational design, workforce and succession planning, employee relations, reward processes, leadership coaching, people analytics, and regulatory-compliant people practices to improve performance and engagement in a regulated specialty insurance environment.
