Develops, customizes, tests, deploys, and supports Guidewire applications across the full stack. Responsibilities include Java/Gosu coding, SQL development, integrations, APIs, front-end and back-end systems, production support, release management, SDLC enforcement, testing, and technical guidance for junior and offshore developers. Requires on-call support for critical issues and project go-lives.

Manages the full lifecycle of small to medium-sized projects and enhancements, including initiation, scheduling, budgeting, scope, risk, documentation, governance, reporting, and closure. Coordinates resources and cross-functional teams, ensures adherence to project management standards, administers SharePoint and Project Server, supports PMO artifact reviews and approvals, and presents project findings and recommendations to management.

Supports business systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification development, application design, testing, implementation, user training, and issue resolution. Collaborates with business users and technical teams to define system scope, document business and non-functional requirements, coordinate work, and support application development or enhancement projects.
