Insurance
Business Analyst II gathers and documents business and functional requirements, evaluates technology solutions, supports software development lifecycle activities, and improves insurance business processes. The role provides operational support by triaging production issues, managing defects, facilitating communication among business, IT, and vendor teams, and supporting testing, training, releases, and documentation. Experience in property and casualty insurance, particularly underwriting or commercial lines, is preferred.
Insurance
Leads risk-based internal audit engagements, evaluating controls, governance, and risk management processes. Develops audit plans and testing procedures, documents evidence, identifies control gaps, communicates findings, and monitors remediation. Partners with business units while maintaining independence and professional skepticism. Provides coaching to less experienced auditors and uses data analytics and audit technology to improve audit coverage and efficiency.
Insurance
Supports actuarial staff through data preparation, actuarial analysis, calculations, reporting, programming, and financial modeling. Participates in projects involving product development, pricing, reserving, reinsurance, and process improvement.
