Lead TMK’s Underwriting Management Team and oversee the underwriting governance, control, and performance framework. The role provides expert challenge to underwriting teams, supports strategic and business planning, manages peer review and pricing governance, and maintains relationships with Lloyd’s, regulators, and internal stakeholders. It also drives improvements in underwriting operations, reporting, data quality, controls, and strategic initiatives while enabling profitable growth and regulatory compliance.

Manage and enhance the underwriting controls framework, policies, procedures, exception monitoring, controls testing, regulatory reporting, and governance activities. The role supports Lloyd’s Oversight Principle reviews, internal control assessments, underwriting projects, onboarding, and peer reviews. It also provides underwriting controls oversight for secondees and line-manages an Underwriting Controls Analyst while partnering with underwriting, risk, compliance, and senior stakeholders.

Leads insurance pricing workstreams, develops and deploys pricing models, and conducts profitability, capital, claims, and segmentation analyses. The role partners with underwriting teams on strategic decisions, supports analytics capability development, provides analytical support to senior leadership, and ensures regulatory and governance compliance.
