Build and deploy full-stack AI product features spanning customer interfaces, backend microservices, and database schemas. Establish engineering standards for code, testing, deployment, and developer tooling. Collaborate closely with the team and customers, gather feedback, document technical decisions, and balance rapid delivery with scalable infrastructure. The role also involves using LLMs, coding agents, prompts, and evaluations to improve development and product capabilities.

Build Tokenize’s marketing foundation as its first marketing hire. Own go-to-market strategy, category positioning, brand narrative, messaging, customer acquisition, organic growth, thought leadership, market intelligence, partnerships, events, webinars, and demand generation. Partner closely with founders and sales to create campaigns, pitch decks, case studies, and outbound materials while establishing budgets, measurement, and scalable marketing processes for an AI usage management platform.

Build and manage the sales pipeline through prospect research, systematic outreach, lead qualification, and client relationship development. Experiment with outreach channels, marketing strategies, and conference plans while using AI tools to improve workflows. Collaborate closely with founders and the broader team on go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
