Lead three engineering teams, develop team leaders, guide architecture and technical strategy, and align the business logic layer with product goals. Drive cross-functional delivery, cybersecurity-informed engineering practices, and long-term technical excellence. Lead AI initiatives across R&D by identifying opportunities, integrating AI into products and workflows, and accelerating adoption of AI tools and methodologies.

Drive government sales expansion across European markets by building relationships with government, intelligence, and law enforcement stakeholders. Develop regional go-to-market strategy, identify and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, navigate European procurement frameworks, and position cybersecurity and intelligence solutions for mission-critical use cases. The role requires extensive travel, multilingual communication, government ecosystem expertise, and the ability to obtain relevant security clearances.
