Toit, owned and operated by pH4, is a Bangalore-headquartered food-and-beverage and hospitality company. Founded in 2009, it operates brewpubs, breweries and taprooms under the Toit brand, produces handcrafted beer, runs The Permit Room bar and kitchen, and owns Stray Apple craft cider. The company has hospitality and manufacturing units across Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Sanaswadi and Parwanoo in India.
