Supports marketplace operations by coordinating instructor outreach, staffing and matching, issue resolution, onboarding, quality tracking, and candidate review. Documents and improves processes, implements AI-based workflow automations, manages email and SMS communications, and develops KPI reports and dashboards. The role also contributes to operational playbooks, special projects, and scaling initiatives in a startup environment.

Manage the end-to-end success of education and enrichment partner accounts, including onboarding, program design, renewals, retention, and account growth. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve operational issues, support providers, conduct business reviews, and provide on-site assistance. Collaborate with Sales, Talent, and Operations while sharing partner insights to improve platform usage and customer success processes.

Own the accounting function including monthly close, financial statements, reconciliations, AP/AR, and tax coordination. Support revenue operations, commission administration, CRM and reporting, and improve workflows and automations across QuickBooks, HubSpot, Tipalti, Upflow, and Stripe.
