Manage end-to-end delivery of digital twin, CGI, AI-driven content, and experiential projects. Coordinate technical workflows (real-time rendering, 3D modeling, AI production), liaise with partner studios and vendors, draft proposals and scopes, maintain project plans, track risks, and manage budgets to deliver marketing materials for large architecture and real estate developments.

Lead GIS technical deliverables across projects: manage data acquisition, processing, QA, and standards; prepare and optimise vector/raster/DEM/3D datasets; integrate geospatial data into Unreal Engine using ArcGIS Maps SDK; automate GIS-to-Unreal pipelines; mentor junior staff; document workflows; collaborate with 3D artists and developers to ensure geospatial accuracy and performance in immersive digital twins.

Support planning and execution of events from brief through execution. Maintain timelines, production decks, guest lists, RSVPs, and vendor/venue research across major US markets. Coordinate with VP, Event Manager, VIP and PR teams, manage invitation systems, create photographer shot lists, and handle ad hoc event tasks.
