Manage a portfolio of retained clients, serving as their primary contact, driving onboarding and platform engagement, coordinating access to analysts and content, managing renewals, and identifying account growth opportunities. The role includes creating account plans, forecasting pipeline activity, preparing renewal proposals, maintaining CRM data, building senior relationships, and representing the company at events and conferences.

Lead strategic relationships with tier-one clients, owning account growth plans, renewals, upselling, global expansion, and senior stakeholder engagement. Develop proposals, statements of work, and pitches for complex consulting projects, including six-figure deals. Manage client value delivery, CRM data, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while representing the consultancy at events and conferences.

Lead luxury travel and hospitality PR accounts, developing integrated media, event, influencer, and communications campaigns. Manage hotel and restaurant launches, media relations, client strategy, budgets, events, new business proposals, and agency collaboration. Mentor and motivate account teams, build strong consumer and trade media coverage, support staff development, and oversee campaign execution across travel, lifestyle, fashion, business, social, and cultural programming.
