Together for Youth Benefits Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist conducts workplace investigations, advises on employee issues, manages ER training, and oversees various initiatives in HR.

Lead statewide clinical programs, supervise and evaluate clinical staff, ensure compliance with treatment and paperwork, provide clinician supervision toward licensure, coordinate trainings, manage hiring/onboarding and employee relations, attend stakeholder meetings, and oversee corrective actions to improve clinical outcomes for youth and families.

Provide intake screening and assessments for detained youth, deliver individual counseling and case management, coordinate with families, courts and community resources, develop service plans and case histories, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise youth, and maintain required safety/first-aid certifications.
