Own cost forecasting and budget-versus-actual for data center build-outs, maintain dollars-per-GPU-hour unit costs, evaluate site economics and TCO, translate hardware timelines into cash forecasts, and build dashboards to report committed capital, spend-to-date, and forecast-to-complete.

Lead and improve the end-to-end qualification process for new compute capacity, running parallel provider evaluations across compute, networking, storage, power, cooling, and operations. Coordinate engineering teams, review specs and test data, perform first-pass analyses, and deliver clear go/no-go recommendations and auditable evaluation records to inform sourcing decisions.

The Director of Tax will develop global tax strategies, manage compliance, optimize tax rates, and lead international expansion efforts for a high-growth AI company.
