Teams at Togather

Own Togather’s brand direction, strategy, messaging, content calendar, organic campaigns, flagship thought leadership, and outward-facing brand standards. Build relationships with major clients, venues, festivals, suppliers, investors, and media. Partner with design, growth, commercial, supply, and PR teams to strengthen brand reputation, value propositions, and acquisition efforts. The role requires hands-on photography and videography, campaign-planning discipline, senior stakeholder management, and rapid AI-enabled execution.

Produce end-to-end pitches and bids, manage a portfolio of smaller live-event accounts, support renewals, maintain pipeline momentum, and continuously improve pitch/tender/reporting processes while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead Togather's supply base end-to-end: define supply strategy and KPIs, grow and retain tier-one supplier partnerships, expand regional coverage, manage supply risk and quality, champion AI-first workflows, and hire and grow the supply team to meet growth targets.
