Lead and oversee plant and warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory, and continuous improvement. Coach and develop leaders, enforce safety and food-safety practices, optimize labor and resources, support R&D for new products, and partner with HR on employee relations. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and drive waste and yield improvement.

Manage a portfolio of natural, regional, and emerging retail accounts to grow distribution, sales, and profitability. Build customer and broker relationships, execute business and promotional plans, support forecasts and new product launches, use syndicated data and retailer portals for analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and international customer support.
