Manages day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, payroll and timekeeping oversight, compliance, safety partnership, recruiting, talent development, compensation and benefits programs. Leads HR process improvements and cross-functional projects, maintains HR systems and data, analyzes workforce trends, and advises leaders and employees on policies, performance, legal compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Coordinates customer order fulfillment from receipt through delivery, maintaining order and shipment data in ERP, EDI, and customer systems. Schedules carriers, delivery appointments, and tracking; prepares fulfillment documentation; communicates availability and delays; investigates shipment discrepancies, claims, deductions, and chargebacks; supports customer setup, reporting, and logistics process improvements.

Manages natural, regional, emerging, and international retail accounts for Tofurky. Responsibilities include customer business planning, broker and distributor leadership, pricing and promotional negotiations, forecasting, trade investment, financial analysis, distribution growth, product launches, and cross-functional commercial execution. The role requires managing customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, analyzing performance data, and supporting international market expansion while traveling approximately 25–30%.
