The QA Engineer will ensure product quality, stability, and release confidence through manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining test cases, conducting functional, system, integration, regression, end-to-end, sanity, and cross-module testing, reporting and retesting defects, collaborating with engineering teams, and owning quality for an assigned module. Preferred experience includes Playwright automation, performance and security testing, debugging, log extraction, and SQL queries.

Lead product operations across eight teams and 70+ modules by maintaining roadmaps, coordinating software releases, validating key workflows, tracking dependencies, reviewing outcomes, and connecting customer evidence to planning. The role prepares leadership updates, facilitates decisions, ensures release readiness, and improves planning and reporting processes. It requires close collaboration with product, design, engineering, QA, curriculum, customer-facing, and analytics teams.

Develop and deploy scalable backend product features for an AI-powered K-12 education platform. Responsibilities include learning the backend architecture, building services with Node.js, Express, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, optimizing queries, creating analytics and migration scripts, participating in code reviews, and owning backend modules end to end. The role involves collaboration with engineering, product, QA, support, designers, and educators, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure and backend services.
