Teams at Toddle - Your Teaching Partner

Build and deploy intuitive, scalable frontend product experiences for educators, students, and parents. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, educators, and support teams to develop features, fix production issues, optimize performance, review code, and own modules end-to-end. The role includes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, frontend infrastructure work, technical knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in a SaaS environment.

Manage relationships with 50–60 schools across Australia and New Zealand by onboarding users, delivering training, responding to support requests, coordinating bug resolution, analyzing platform usage, maintaining academic calendars, and developing training and pedagogical content. The role focuses on school engagement, retention, and satisfaction while collaborating with product, design, development, content, and data teams.

Manage relationships with 50–60 schools in the Philippines by onboarding users, delivering training, resolving support requests, analyzing platform usage, maintaining academic calendars, and improving engagement and retention. The role also develops training and pedagogical content, coordinates bug resolution, and proactively helps schools maximize Toddle’s AI-powered teaching and learning platform.
