Lead the data platform team owning dbt projects, CI/CD, and Snowflake. Drive architecture, onboarding new sources, ensure data quality with tests/contracts, lead engineers, partner with stakeholders, and push AI-first consumption for analytics and agents.

Lead and own CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, push, and SMS. Build an AI-driven, automated Next Best Action program, run lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, winback), pilot new channels, measure incremental impact through testing, and manage and develop the CRM team in partnership with product and data.

Lead end-to-end ownership of TodayTix consumer product areas, using customer insight and AI tools to define strategy, run experiments, deliver features with measurable KPIs, and accelerate team product thinking and execution across cross-functional stakeholders.
