Supports orthodontists during procedures, including brace and appliance placement, adjustments, impressions, X-rays, and digital scans. Prepares patients, instruments, and treatment rooms; sterilizes equipment; maintains clinical records and inventory; provides post-treatment instructions; and promotes patient comfort, education, safety, and confidentiality.

Partners with regional and practice leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective action, workplace culture, engagement, retention, policy guidance, organizational change, and leadership development. Coaches managers through sensitive employee matters, ensures consistent HR practices, analyzes workforce trends, and collaborates with HR functions including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations.

Assist the orthodontist with braces, wires, impressions, elastics, retainers, expanders, and other appliances. Prepare patients, explain procedures, provide post-treatment instructions, take diagnostic images and scans, maintain records, sterilize instruments, manage treatment-room supplies, and follow infection-control and HIPAA protocols while supporting a positive patient experience.
