Lead distribution centre design and warehouse transformation projects, developing layouts, material flow, capacity, labour and financial models. Assess automation (ASRS, AMRs, conveyors), build business cases and implementation roadmaps, facilitate workshops, present to executives, manage project delivery, and support business development and client relationships.

The Project Director will lead large-scale automated logistics projects, oversee program delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure financial performance while building relationships with clients and partners.
