Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, PyTest, and Selenium. Execute end-to-end, API, web interface, microservices, functional, and performance testing across the SDLC. Manage test environments and data, improve automation coverage, support manual QA and production triage, and promote quality practices within an Agile/Scrum team. Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and Scrum Masters to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases.

Leads the global Listings technology product vision, roadmap, modernization strategy, and Salesforce platform evolution across Canadian and Australian markets. Advises executive stakeholders, oversees cross-functional technology teams, enterprise risk, vendors, budgets, P&L, business cases, and operational resilience. The role also drives market harmonization, regulatory alignment, client advocacy, organizational design, and leadership development in a complex financial-markets environment.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys enterprise Pega applications aligned with business requirements. Integrates Pega solutions with APIs and enterprise data sources, follows Pega guardrails and engineering standards, participates in Agile delivery, and mentors junior developers through code reviews and best-practice guidance.
