The Risk Management Analyst ensures compliance with regulations by assessing and monitoring risks, supporting compliance programs, and managing administrative tasks for the Risk Management Committee.

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test strategies and frameworks (TestComplete, ReadyAPI). Translate requirements into test cases, execute regression and production testing, track defects, support BAU and production troubleshooting, and recommend improvements within an Agile delivery model.

Serve as a client-facing listings reviewer for TSXV: analyze and approve listing submissions, prepare memos and presentations, review IFRS financial statements, ensure compliance with exchange rules, liaise with Compliance and Disclosure, provide guidance to issuers and advisors, support projects, billing, training, and relationship management.
