Plans and schedules manufacturing activities for large industrial power electronics equipment. Coordinates production plans, assembly work orders, material availability, inventory levels, capacity demands, shortage resolution, and procurement or warehouse requirements. Uses ERP systems and spreadsheets to release work orders, update schedules, monitor production continuity, and support timely delivery. Collaborates with production management, procurement, warehouse teams, suppliers, clients, and senior planners.

Leads strategic account development, new client acquisition, global account coordination, and sales leadership for utility-scale renewable energy markets across the Americas. Builds executive client relationships, develops commercial strategies, negotiates contracts, manages pipelines and forecasts, expands strategic accounts, and coordinates multinational teams. Coaches sales managers and emerging leaders while standardizing account planning, sales methodologies, and opportunity management practices.

Coordinates project equipment, software, documentation, billing milestones, international shipping, and trade compliance. Reviews contracts and purchase orders, manages commercial documents, invoices, letters of credit, bonds, import/export paperwork, freight costs, and delivery risks. Collaborates with clients, suppliers, logistics providers, trade compliance teams, customs brokers, and internal project personnel to resolve issues and ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective shipments.
