Provides senior systems and database administration for Navy aviation logistics information systems, including NALCOMIS OOMA, OIMA, and NTCSS virtual environments. Responsibilities include account and access management, cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability remediation, backups and recovery, software baselines, system interfaces, database integrity, uptime monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, training, inventory, and recurring technical reporting. The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, extensive NALCOMIS experience, and availability for remote and on-call support.

Lead and manage a portfolio of research communications, publications, web, and outreach projects for FHWA. Provide strategic planning, scheduling, risk and quality management, stakeholder coordination with government contacts, resource allocation, and oversight of multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality deliverables.

Manage the full editorial and production lifecycle for FHWA's Public Roads magazine: schedule production, track article versions and approvals, coordinate authors/reviewers/designers/legal/public affairs, enforce style and Section 508 accessibility standards, proof and prepare deliverables, support promotion and archive preparation, and recommend workflow improvements to ensure timely, high-quality publication.
