Provide HR operations and administrative support including expense and invoice processing, employee account coordination, preparing HR letters, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding/offboarding, responding to routine employee queries, assisting HR audits, and performing day-to-day HR tasks.

Implement and configure integrations between an AI platform and SAP SuccessFactors to automate HR workflows (user provisioning, role mapping, leave management). Lead the SAP integration stream from kickoff to go-live, perform gap analysis versus product capabilities, and ensure data handling complies with Saudi PDPL.

Gather and analyze business requirements, produce agile documentation (Business Canvas, BPMs, User Stories), facilitate agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligned with business objectives using tools like Jira, Asana, and DevOps.
