Lead intake, prioritization, planning and delivery of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation products across multi-site supply chain and distribution operations. Manage roadmap, backlog, vendor onboarding, integrations with WMS, and agile delivery of MHE/automation systems. Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to design, build, launch, train, and support solutions that drive value across TJX banners.

Provide high-level administrative support to SVP and merchant leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, organize meetings and events, maintain files and records, analyze and improve office systems, support training/conferences, handle confidential matters, and complete special projects while collaborating across departments.

Lead TA enablement to optimize recruitment technology, processes, data, and programs. Define roadmap, drive adoption of Workday and other tools, build analytics, improve recruiter effectiveness, and deliver enterprise TA initiatives to enhance candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
