Analyzes service data, expands self-service and shift-left capabilities, supports knowledge management, and partners with global technical and business teams. The role also applies stakeholder engagement, change management, release planning, and project delivery practices to improve operational efficiency and technology experiences.

A 12-month Brand and Marketing placement involving rotations across campaign planning, customer engagement, country activation, insights and analytics, creative content, shopping experience, reputation, and customer programs. The role supports marketing strategy and execution while developing commercial, creative, analytical, and cross-functional skills within TJX Europe.

Supports TJX’s global Corporate Responsibility Sourcing program, covering supplier diversity and sustainability. Responsibilities include coordinating communications, presentations, roadmaps, reporting, dashboards, market research, technology and data strategies, diverse supplier searches, certification tracking, supplier list maintenance, and sustainability sourcing activities. The role independently generates analysis, tracks program performance, supports RFx development, and collaborates with Supplier Relationship Management teams.
