Design, implement, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams). Automate admin tasks via Graph API/PowerShell, contribute to governance and operational handbooks, support L3 incident management, and drive service stability and process improvements across a global Agile environment.

Responsible for various HR functions, including talent management, associate relations, and compliance with labor laws. Requires strategic and tactical HR thinking.

Support planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns across social, video, audio, OOH, and linear TV. Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on creative specs, trafficking, QA, audience targeting, budget reconciliation, reporting, A/B testing, and marketing mix modeling inputs to drive campaign performance.
