Responsibilities include functional, regression, and integration testing; test execution and defect triage; maintaining automation assets, reports, and dashboards; supporting releases; collaborating with technical and business stakeholders; and improving quality standards. The role also contributes to automation strategy, AI use cases, DevSecOps practices, and team mentorship.

The Staff Engineer will design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, lead DevSecOps practices, conduct security audits, and mentor engineers on security best practices.

Lead and execute integrated paid media strategies across WINNERS, Marshalls, and HomeSense. Manage agency relationships, build and optimize media plans, track and measure campaign performance (including Marketing Mix Modelling), and collaborate with brand and insights teams to align media with corporate goals.
