Supports the Global Workday HCM solution by leading Core HR feature discovery, analyzing business and solution requirements, refining Agile backlogs, coordinating testing, and maintaining functional documentation. The role requires hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, EIB management, and collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration and data flow across HCM modules and systems.

Processes and audits daily payroll data for home office, store, and distribution associates. Administers hourly and salaried payrolls, including hires, terminations, rate changes, adjustments, and manual payments. Resolves payroll inquiries and discrepancies, maintains compliance with legislation and company policies, and supports Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The role requires payroll administration experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Supports operational leaders across a distribution centre by providing HR guidance on employee relations, performance, engagement, absence, talent development, inclusion, policy interpretation, organisational change and people projects. Builds stakeholder relationships, uses HR data to inform decisions, coaches managers, partners with HR Centres of Expertise and promotes an inclusive culture. The role is permanently onsite five days per week on a fixed 12:00pm–8:00pm shift.
