Provides strategic HR advisory support across the Western Region, focusing on associate relations, investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and employment-law compliance. The role prepares for associate, HR, and leadership meetings; responds to workplace concerns; documents case findings; creates ServiceNow dashboards and reports; analyzes trends; and partners with HR Business Partners and People Leaders. This 12-month contract also supports HR initiatives, standardizes advisory processes, and requires strong investigation, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Prepares and consolidates financial statements, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analyses, and management reporting. Partners with Finance and Operations teams to monitor expenses, improve reporting visibility, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial insights. Supports portfolios such as payroll, lease accounting, or fixed assets, while contributing to continuous improvement and special projects.

Provides technical leadership for TJX’s global application portfolio, defining scalable and secure solutions while evolving mainframe engineering practices. Leads architecture and delivery decisions, supports production stability, mentors distributed engineering teams, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires extensive experience with COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, and JCL, plus strategic technical leadership, agile delivery, incident management, and application modernization expertise.
