Senior Product Designer responsible for owning TinyMCE design initiatives from discovery through delivery. The role includes UX strategy, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, accessibility, user research, stakeholder alignment, and maintaining the design system. The designer will partner closely with product managers and engineers to assess technical feasibility, guide implementation, and ensure the final product meets design intent for developers and end users.

Lead technical and business storytelling for developer-focused products. Develop accurate, credible messaging for engineers and concise value propositions for decision-makers. Plan and run product launches, create content from deep technical dives to executive one-pagers, research developers and buyers, and sharpen competitive positioning. Collaborate closely with product, DevRel, and growth teams to drive awareness and enterprise adoption, especially around AI and governance-focused use cases.

Lead and scale Tiugo’s business development function across its developer-tool product portfolio. Own the people, processes, technology, and outbound systems that generate high-quality pipeline and ACV. Build and coach a world-class sales development representative team, improve product adoption, engage ideal customer profiles, and partner with product leaders, marketers, and builders to create credible outreach and conversations with senior decision-makers.

Own marketing technology across four SaaS brands: architect, build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation (Pardot), lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution, enrichment, and web analytics (GA4/GTM). Partner with Salesforce admins, Data Operations, and analytics contractors to ensure data quality, routing, deliverability, and measurable attribution. Manage vendors, evaluate AI tooling, and enable marketing teams with segmentation and automation best practices.

Build greenfield AI-native growth infrastructure: instrumentation to track AI search presence, agentic workflows and automations for drafting/QA/reporting, experimentation systems to launch and read tests fast, and learning loops to feed product and sales insights back into growth.
