Supports the Director of eCommerce Sales by executing digital sales programs, managing retailer and distributor content, coordinating creative assets, auditing digital shelves, and developing sales tools and dashboards. The role supports customer programming, vendor portals, analytics, ratings and reviews, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, creative, agencies, and distributors. It also manages project trafficking, invoices, and vendor payments.

Support regional sales by coordinating brand ambassador resources, displays, sampling and cocktail presentations; execute local sales efforts; identify opportunities; build and maintain customer relationships; and provide general sales solicitation support to drive orders and meet company goals.

Supports production scheduling, demand and inventory planning, MRP execution, ERP maintenance, export planning, and order fulfillment. Coordinates with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Accounting, and Production teams to resolve material, capacity, and scheduling issues. Monitors inventory targets, forecasts, production priorities, shipment deadlines, and SKU demand patterns while helping reduce excess inventory, obsolescence, and scrap.
