Leads acquisition reward due diligence and harmonisation, implements HiBob compensation processes, provides cost modelling and reporting, manages reward governance, communications and a Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

Research and draft suitability advice reports, support and coach paraplanning team members, maintain paraplanning tools and workflows, ensure compliance with FCA rules, manage own caseload, and improve paraplanning processes to deliver excellent client outcomes.
