Designs, implements, maintains, and supports complex client network infrastructures, including Cisco datacenter environments, Palo Alto security, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, WAN/LAN, and disaster recovery. Provides Tier 3 troubleshooting, vendor connectivity support, network documentation, peer training, and client escalations. The role combines business-as-usual and project work, requires occasional on-call coverage, and involves travel to client offices and datacenters as needed.
