Build and operate production AI agent systems for IT services. Responsibilities include developing integrations, APIs, agent workflows, agent harnesses, backend systems, data pipelines, and model-adjacent infrastructure. The role involves embedding with portfolio teams, translating ambiguous field problems into reliable software, partnering with stakeholders, scaling deployments, and designing evaluations to improve agent quality. This is an in-office position in San Francisco or New York City.

Lead end-to-end AI agent deployments for MSP and enterprise partners. Own discovery, scoping, integration architecture, production software development, rollout, adoption, and outcome measurement. Build reusable tools and platform components while working directly with partner IT teams and internal Engineering, Operations, Product, and GTM teams. The role requires customer-facing technical delivery, production-grade coding, and experience shipping LLM-powered systems.

The Head of Growth at Titan will develop and manage the company’s growth engine, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth across various verticals.
