Design and maintain ETL workflows, data models, and pipelines supporting business intelligence and reporting. Work with Redshift, NoSQL, AWS, and data integration tools to ensure reliable, governed data. Build dashboards in Omni, Mode, and Mixpanel, analyze finance and accounting data, and partner with Finance, Product, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable insights and promote data-driven decision-making.

Own Titan’s B2C paid growth strategy and execution across channel testing, campaign development, creative iteration, attribution, dashboards, lifecycle touchpoints, and website conversion. Establish efficient cost targets, build scalable acquisition systems, automate workflows, and operate independently as a team of one. The role requires hands-on performance marketing expertise for a high-trust, longer-cycle financial product.

As the founding Product Manager at Titan, you will oversee execution across teams, launch new products, and ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development.
