Lead full capture lifecycle for large federal IT service pursuits: customer engagement, win strategy, competitive intelligence, teaming and pricing strategy, Blue Team facilitation, AI-enabled analysis, and proposal support to secure $100M+ awards across DoD/IC, Federal Civilian, and SLED markets.

Lead day-to-day delivery of Service Desk, Desktop Support, and IT Asset Management for a statewide managed IT services contract. Own SLA/KPI performance, work order processes, reporting, staffing, vendor/subcontractor oversight, ServiceNow and CCaaS integrations, compliance with state security standards, and client/stakeholder engagement to ensure contractual obligations and continuous improvement.

Provide senior-level network engineering and design for a multi-enclave federal environment. Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN networks, perform architecture and feasibility studies, provide Tier 3 issue resolution, and support secure systems including TACLANE and classified enclaves.
