Coordinates high-volume new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through pre-employment clearance, paperwork, orientation readiness, and handoff to Operations. Supports approximately 2,000 annual hires by guiding candidates, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, tracking requirements, resolving documentation issues, scheduling orientations, and communicating status updates. Also provides support for screening, fingerprinting, drug processing, front-desk coverage, and general HR administration.

Operate vehicle scales, weigh trucks and containers, verify driver identification and permits, process load documentation, enforce site safety and access procedures, maintain scalehouse operations, and communicate with drivers and supervisors. The role also involves recording weights, monitoring traffic, maintaining a clean environment, and reporting operational issues. High school education or GED is required; prior security or scalehouse experience is preferred.

Security Officers provide customer service, control access, maintain administrative logs, monitor cameras, conduct foot patrols, respond to emergencies, and document incidents. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, background and drug screening, physical ability to patrol and lift 50+ pounds, and evening, overnight, and weekend availability.
