Expand existing guarding-client relationships through technology cross-selling and upselling. Build pipeline, manage CRM activity, forecast accurately, collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership, and consistently achieve sales quotas and KPIs.

The Staff Accountant maintains financial records and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger, payroll, cash, and intercompany accounts, analyzing labor costs, reviewing transactions, supporting audits, and ensuring GAAP compliance. The role also assists with budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, accounting-system improvements, acquisitions, and special projects while partnering with operational and finance teams.

Coordinates high-volume new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through pre-employment clearance, paperwork, orientation readiness, and handoff to Operations. Supports approximately 2,000 annual hires by guiding candidates, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, tracking requirements, resolving documentation issues, scheduling orientations, and communicating status updates. Also provides support for screening, fingerprinting, drug processing, front-desk coverage, and general HR administration.
