Build and maintain data infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, AWS-based processing systems, and data observability frameworks. Optimize data performance and costs, troubleshoot data quality issues, and standardize DataOps practices through version control, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code. Collaborate with stakeholders on high-volume telemetry and clickstream data while supporting reliable downstream analytics.

Build BI dashboards and visualizations, define KPIs and data requirements, collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science, analyze trends, conduct statistical analysis, and provide actionable insights that support business growth and revenue decisions. The role also promotes data storytelling and a data-driven culture across the organization.

Owns end-to-end planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery of TV platform projects. The role coordinates internal teams and external ODM partners, tracks milestones, dependencies, actions, and issues, and drives mitigation and escalation when needed. It supports product-related planning across international teams developing Smart TV experiences involving advertising, FAST playback, browser integration, and OTT streaming. Strong project management, technical communication, Linux-based development familiarity, and English and Chinese fluency are required.
