The Accountant will manage assigned general ledger activities, accounting documentation, tax processes, filings, audits, and compliance with company policies, IFRS, Albanian legislation, and tax regulations. The role supports financial reporting, tax inspections, subsidiary accounting, issue resolution, KPI delivery, and collaboration with internal teams and external authorities.

Coordinates ESG strategy and stakeholder communications, including ESG planning, reporting materials, press releases, events, community partnerships, social media updates, and ESG project monitoring. The role manages stakeholder requests, supports the ESG Committee, raises awareness of ESG principles, collaborates with internal departments and external organizations, and represents the company at events to strengthen its public image.

Sells cement within an assigned geographic region, develops and maintains customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, analyzes market and competitor activity, tracks customer performance, meets sales targets, and reports on sales activities and market trends. The role also collaborates with sales representatives and cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales objectives.
